in 1992, the Bike section introduces an annual riding competition. Full members compete for the Laidlaw Trophy whilst associates compete for the Associate Trophy.
The membership still competes to this day on an annual basis for the coveted Laidlaw Trophy and Associate Trophy in memory of Ms Alison Laidlaw.
